Ship your order in four easy steps:

1. Print out the shipping label we email to you OR you can use a QR code to print your label at participating U.S. Postal Service locations.
2. Pack your item in any small box or envelope. Our labels do not work with the 'Flat Rate' USPS-provided supplies.
3. Give your package to USPS or schedule a free at-home pickup.
4. Mark your item as Shipped in the app once shipped.

QR codes

New QR codes can take approximately one to two hours to become scannable at USPS. If the Post Office says a newly generated QR code has not been paid for, wait one to two hours and try the same code again. If it still does not work, do not buy additional postage—contact Curtsy Support.
