These are a few reasons your Clear Out may have been rejected:

• It contains items that we don't currently support. Commonly rejected items include children's or men's clothing, beauty products, and body jewelry
• Each item does not have a distinct photo. Please don't use collages, photos with more than one item in it, or the same photo for multiple items.
• The item is inauthentic or a replica
• High valued items are listed with stock photos only. We require certain brands to be listed with a photo of the exact item in your possession.
