You have a few options if you receive an item you don't like.

We've recently launched a new return option powered by Seel. The return option gives you a 7-day return window to return any items you don't like. To have the option to return something through Seel, you must purchase the option when you checkout. See more on Seel.

If you didn't purchase the Seel return option at checkout, we can still help :) After you buy an item, it will move into your Curtsy Closet, where you can re-list it if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it for any reason. If you reach out to us and let us know you weren't happy with your purchase within a seven days of arrival - we'll waive the Curtsy seller’s fee, so it’s like you get a full refund once the item sells!
