You can use the code ‘THANKS’ to get 20% off eligible items on November 29th, 30th & December 1st. You’ll see the option to enter a promo code on the check out screen.
When is the sale?
The sale will last for 3 days, starting on November 29th and run through December 1st
I’m a seller, how do I add my items to the sale?
To opt into the sale, tap on the ‘sell’ tab at the bottom of your app. From there you’ll see the toggle to opt into the sale.
I’m a seller, how does this affect my earnings?
Curtsy will cover half of the 20% discount to shoppers. This means your earnings could be 10% lower on items sold during the sale.
I’m a seller, how does the sale work with private offers?
If your items have autopilot and send out private offer automatically, those will be temporarily paused for the 72 hours during the sale.
I’m a seller, how does the sale work with offers?
The discount will apply to the amount offered by the buyer.
If the item is 30 and the buyer offers $25, the promo code will take 20% off the $25, which is $5. So the buyer’s total will be shown as $20.
You’ll see "Buyer offered $25." In the earnings breakdown below the offer, we show that you will make $2.50 less (to cover half the discount to the buyer).
I'm a seller, can I choose the items I want to list in the sale?
If you'd like your closet to be a part of the Black Friday Sale, you only have the option to list your entire closet.
