What's the return policy?

All sales on Curtsy are final unless the item does not match the listing, arrives damaged, or is never shipped.

With that said, we guarantee shoppers a free return and full refund if their item wasn’t described accurately by the seller. See more on our Curtsy Guarantee.

If your item was described accurately by the seller, but it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it for any reason, just let us know within 7 days and we can waive the seller’s fee for you so you can re-list it!

Still not sure about the item? After you buy an item it will move into your Curtsy Closet, where you can easily one tap re-list it if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it for any reason.
