What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay.
How do I apply a promo code?
Tap “Buy Item.” When the checkout page comes up, tap the button to add your promo code.
How do I use Curtsy Credit on a purchase?
We’ll automatically apply any credits you have before charging your credit or debit card. Credits include earnings from sales of your own items that haven’t been cashed out yet.
What happens after I buy an item?
You're good to go! Your order will ship out soon. Immediately after you buy an item, we send the seller a text that lets them know they got a sale, and includes a link to their pre-paid shipping label.
How will I know when the seller ships the order?
When the seller creates the label for your order we’ll send you a text with the link to track the shipment. You can also track the shipment via the app by going to your Orders. On your profile (the girl icon in the lower right), tap “Orders,” and then tap the order you want to track.
It’s been a few days and the seller hasn’t shipped my order. What should I do?
If you haven’t heard back from a seller, and it's been a few days since you placed your order, please message us and let us know. We can text, call, and email them to remind them to ship it out.
Curtsy doesn’t automatically cancel orders after a set period of time. Instead, we manually follow up with sellers to make sure orders are getting out. If a buyer and seller agree that the seller will ship out an order at a later date, we keep track of that internally so that no orders fall through the cracks.
If we’ve followed up a seller twice and haven’t heard back from them, we’ll cancel and notify the buyer, and put the seller’s closet on Vacation Mode.
