This dress is brand new with tags, so it is in excellent condition. It is an adorable yellow color that is perfect for spring and summer. The back is lower than most dresses, which is really cute. The straps are adjustable. I recommend this dress for shorter girls! This dress is a tad small on me, so please use my measurements for reference. Please feel free to submit an offer.
