Lovely dress with a high empire waist, pleated skirt, and textured straps that hang in the back. In excellent condition, fabric unknown but most likely a polyester blend. I usually wear a size M/L, but because of the stretch and silhouette, it could fit a range of sizes. Surprisingly not see-through! The fabric is not very soft, but has a nice texture that adds detail to the dress, and is light and still comfy.
