Flame Painted Copper Large Teardrop Pendant Necklace Handmade New, hand made Made individually using pure copper. They are hand cut and shaped, Colored only with the heat of a torch, no paints, no acids, no chemicals, simply the natural colors produced with fire and copper. All colors and patterns are created using a small torch. Using the torch to heat the copper to different temperatures allows the artist to manipulate the natural oxidation process. This technique does allow the artist to have an idea of the colors that can be achieved, however many factors, including what is in the air that day will have an effect on the colors.
