I’ve seen this described as a halter neck, but I would not call it that. It crosses at the front, joins at the back and then goes straight down, almost a racer back. It’s a beautiful, unexpected style that shows off the back shoulders. Fabric is a flowing, chiffon type, fully lined. The lining was ripped and has been mended. It’s on the inside, so it does not affect the beautiful look of this dress at all. Midi length but if you are on the short side, it could be maxi.
