The bust is lightly padded. Laying flat measures approximately 39 inches shoulder to him 14.5 inches armpit to armpit and 16 inches straight across the waist. Attached coordinating sash ties in the back. Please note this is tag size small and it is featured on my size small dress form, but it is snug. The fabric does have stretch, but I think this would fit an extra small, but please double check measurements to ensure the proper fit for you
