Xhilaration Floral Xhiliration Romper

Xhiliration (Target) romper that’s only been worn a couple times. It’s definitely true to size and would only fit a S/M at the most. Can be worn off the shoulder or with the sleeves up. Top is smocked and there’s a floral pattern with ruffle sleeves. Not too short either and in perfect condition.
