Measurements: Waist: 28" Rise: 11" Inseam: 31" 100% Cotton Please Note: The tag attached is ripped in half and also the very bottom of the leg hems are a little dirty. Hardly worth mentioning. They are new with tags and never been worn. Will come out with a simple wash. These women's Wrangler jeans feature a distinctive American flag patchwork design in red, white, and blue.
