This pair of Worthington Black Genuine Leather Knee High Boots have an elastic panel up the entire side of the outside of the boot, a zipper up the inside, are 16 1/2" high including a 3" heel, 10 1/2" from heel to toe, 3 1/2" wide and 14 1/2" around the calf with a 1" elastic panel that will stretch another 2 inches.
