Y2K masquerade turquoise blue halter neck open back formal gown with beadwork at the bust line, and a unique beaded tufting detail at the full A-line skirt. The top hooks behind the neck and mid back before zipping at the skirt. The polyester fabric is satin. The hooks are adjustable at the back of the neck. The hook loops at the mid back tabs have been removed however they hook easily into the threads left behind. You could move the extra hooks behind the neck if you wanted to, but it’s not necessary. Lightly padded cups reduce the need for a bra. Laying flat measures 18 inches armpit to armpit, 14 inches straight across the waist and 56 inches shoulder to hem.
