This lovely vintage Y2K Le Tigre burgundy wool blend cable knit sweater vest features wooden buttons and a V-neckline. Pair it with a blouse and skirt or jeans for a chic fall look! The Le Tigre brand was introduced in ‘77 to rival preppy brands like Lacoste. It went on to become a sought-after brand of its own, and experienced another resurgence in popularity in the early ‘00s. Included a little more bio from Vintage Clothing Guides in the photos! Measures 16 inches underarm to underarm, 13 1/2 inches underarm to bottom hem. The size tag is a 14; I think it might be a girls size, because it fits like a modern U.S. Women’s XXS, thus I have categorized it as such. In excellent pre-owned condition.
