Vintage Y2K Juicy Couture black embroidered sleeveless shift dress. Ruffle collar, belted waist. Fully lined. Side zipper. 31” chest 28” waist 38” hip 34.5” long. Dress is in very good condition, only flaw is some subtle lightening/discoloration to bottom hem, see last picture.
