Vintage Michi Collection 90s or 2000s lace overlay slip dress, tagged a women’s sz 6 but may run smaller- please check measurements carefully. In good pre-owned vintage condition. Made in the USA. Rayon/poly embroidered mesh floral lace overlay in ivory and a mauvey gray. This fabric does NOT stretch. Peach acetate lining. Full back zipper (metal Talon pull, plastic teeth). Empire waist detail with pleated gathers under the bust. Fitted at the top, but does flare out past the waistline. Unusual silhouette for the era, most of the dresses from this time were slim/fitted Wide v-neckline with tiny pearls sewn onto mauve lace trim. Double satin spaghetti straps- not adjustable. I do wonder if the pearl bead trim was added by hand- the stitching looks like it might be a homemade job. It has come unstitched in a couple spots. Not super noticeable. There is some damage to the lining, some wear and minor discoloration. Also a tiny hole in the lining near the neckline. Please be sure to check all photos carefully. The lining is a bit wrinkled which I overlooked before photographing- I will steam that before shipping this beauty off to their new home. As with many vintage items, there is a slight storage aroma- nothing awful. Just kind of a 90s closet scent lol.
