This is a coat made by Joseph Horne Co of Pittsburgh. From my research, based off the label, made in west Germany, this coat was made somewhere between 1950s-1980s. There aren’t labels stating what the coat is made of, however the outside is a wool blend and the inside a silk blend lining. Please see pictures for slight wear. Inside the coat in the sleeve seams there are threads coming apart, and there are 2 small spots on the front bottom of the coat (see pictures). Also see pictures for measurements.
