Amazing Pearl Snap Button Up Western Wear One piece Dress Skirt. Above knee. Long Dolman Sleeves. Baby Blue and White stripes. Has Conchos on front and Back. Shoulder pads. Collared. Has Pockets! Fitted Waist. Can’t tell the designer brand and couldn’t find anything on it. Care tag is unreadable but is a Size Small and Made in USA. 100% Cotton. Dress is in Great Condition.. No Spots, stains or snags. Only issue is one of the Pearl snaps at the bottom didn’t close all the way and it was mended with small snaps. Works great now!
