Tibi Vintage eyelet mini skirt - white/yellow - size 10

STUNNING mini skirt by Tibi. Vintage but in outstanding condition. ONE small discoloration on the back (see last photo); there’s a bit of a pink-ish mark, but it’s not too noticeable but wanted to disclose regardless. The skirt is unbelievably adorable and super chic.
