Susan Bristol Vintage Straw Hat Novelty Print Midi Skirt Navy Blue Size 8 USA

Good pre-loved vintage condition. Has side zip with button and elastic back. Size on tag is 8 but it runs small since it’s vintage sizing. See measurements in photos. The waist stretched comfortably is 14” across front. Print is straw spring summer hats adorned with different color bows. There are small belt loops that can easily be removed if you choose. Please note there’s a small part of the hem that has come undone but that’s an easy fix for someone who knows how to sew or use stitch witchery with an iron. See last picture
