This vintage cropped tank top came out of an estate sale with a lot of vintage clothing from the 1940s through the 1990s. Research into the style makes me think it is from the 1950s. It appears to be handmade but it is incredibly well made. Very pale cream color. It only has two seams, on the sides. All cut from a single piece of fabric. Darted sides at the bustline. Square neckline. Short zipper on one side, older metal style, brand is Zipp. It is made out of heavy, stiff lace which is apparently called guipure lace. The lace is so perfect it almost looks laser cut, which obviously isn't the case. It has no tags at all. In almost perfect condition, may have a few loose threads on the edges. Fabric has no give at all. Measurements (flat lay and approximate) Shoulder: 16 inches Bust: 18 inches Length: 20 inches Absolutely gorgeous piece!
