From what I was able to research, Wright Costume & Dancewear was a well-known Utah-based costume, prop and dance shop founded in ‘79. After closing, the space was taken over by Ballet Center Utah, Inc.'s Costume Centre. Waist measures 12 1/4 inches across, length is 16 1/2 inches from center of waistband to bottom hem.
