Perry Ellis Vintage 80s union/USA made pea coat in size 6. On Trend for fall

There are some flaws. Seam on back is open about 1” as shown. there is a tear in the lining but not visible from outside where back hem opens as shown. Lining has spotting and there is some wear at pockets as shown. This feels like Cashmere or Cashmere blend but does not have a material tag. I did not dry clean it and it does have a slight vintage odor.
