80s JC Penney cobalt blue midi length dress with open back and lots of drapey folds for a super flattering fit. Shoulder pads for a strong shoulder look, curved folds through the bodice before nipping in at the waist, and then falling to an A-line skirt with zipzag handkerchief hem. Back zip. Decorative tie at the back shoulder. Perfect for showing off any back ink or just a nice sneaky sexy touch. 100% polyester has some stretch. No noted flaws. Tag size 18 but featured on my size medium dress form where it fits well and could easily flex into a modern large. Laying flat measures approximately 54 inches shoulder to hem at the longest point, 15 inches straight across the waist and 19 inches armpit to armpit.
