Bill Blass Vintage ‘80s Girl Scouts Striped Long Sleeve Tie Neck Blouse

Did you know legendary designer Bill Blass was hired in the mid-‘80s to revamp the Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. uniforms? He was, and this is one of his lovely designs! This vintage ‘80s blouse, which was part of an adult Girl Scout uniform, features a cute green and blue striped print, shoulder epaulets, button closure, an adjustable / removable neck tie, and long sleeves. Also included the original stock photo, which shows this exact design, and some interesting info from the Girl Scouts site. Wear it on its own with a skirt or jeans, or layer with a vest or sweater for a cute vintage look! Measures 18 inches underarm to underarm, 15 1/4 inches underarm to bottom hem, sleeves measure 21 1/2 inches. In excellent pre-owned condition.
