90s Barbara Lesser dress but it’s made in the USA so it is possible it’s late 80s- prairie style dress. Waffle thermal material Vneck top with buttons and short sleeves that are finished with a lettuce hem, and a plaid seersucker skirt, falling from the waist in shades of blue. The top is cotton Lycra blend, and the skirt is acetate and rayon (the acetate surprised me, it feels more like rayon seersucker). Very on trend with today’s current cottage core Prairie country western aesthetic. No noted flaws. Tag size large, but please double check measurements to ensure the proper fit for you as the fit is supposed to be loose and relaxed. Measurements are approximate and taken while laying flat: 19 inches straight across the waist, 19 inches from armpits to armpit and 53.5 inches shoulder to hem.
