Vintage 70s high-rise bellbottoms in a modern XS 2/4 size (see measurements). No pockets, but there are Decorative flap “pockets” at the hip that have equipment militaries stamped on the buttons so I assume that is the brand name. Metal zipper, and triple button tab closure although the interior button is missing. It’s an easy replacement if you choose, but it fastens securely without. Light blue twill that almost lookschambray, and there is light pilling, So these do show signs of wear but they are still authentic bellbottoms from back in the day. Laying flat measures 13 inches straight across the waist with a 10.25 inch rise and a 30.5 inch inseam. These are a true Bell cutand measure 12.5 inches straight across the hem. Tri color union tag
