A lovely vintage 1970s maxi dress. Mid weight combed polyester with sweet, colorful mini floral print on red. Fitted top with pleated bib and empire waist, no waist seam. Long and trim with attached self-tie belt to adjust fit in the back. Long length and tiered ruffled hem. Gathered short puff sleeves with ruffle flounce trim and high round neck.
