This item is preowned. No holes, rips, tears. Approximate measurements: Waist- 17” Rise- 10” Inseam- 10” Length- 19.5” There are some very minuscule stain spots (see picture) from the iron when using the steam. I did the best I could with capturing them but a few are so tiny it doesn’t capture it in camera. Yes, I am now using distilled water 😊 Let me know if you have any questions!
