This is such a fun skirt from Vineyard Vines. The primary color is a light periwinkle blue with very light blue turtles and lime green and ivory flowers. There is a back zipper with a hook and eye closure (NOTE-we replaced the hook and eye). The material is crisp and soft and has some stretch. Fully lined. Excellent pre-owned condition. 96% Cotton and 4% Spandex, Lining- 98% Cotton and 2% Spandex. Waist-14.5” across Hips-18.5” Length-18” (Measurements appx.-Flat Lay)
