Please see pics for details. This skirt is in excellent condition. I have had it for many many years and have not worn it in over a decade myself. Time to clean out! The measurements include the waist, the hips and the length. I wore it as a high waisted pencil skirt– super sexy! However, you can wear it anyway you want.
