VICI Black Bubbly Satin Adjustable Balloon Sleeve Mini Dress. Little black dress with long, balloon sleeves with elastic cuffs. Button front bodice. Collarless. Cinchable waist with drawstring. Flounce skirt. Unlined. Non-stretch fabric. Size small. Sold on Revolve. Pit to pit - 17” Waist - 17” flat lay, uncinched Length - 36” full length with waist uncinched Dress is in good pre-owned condition. Last two pictures show a couple issues I see. The back of the skirt has some pilling from normal wear, not noticeable when wearing as the skirt hangs well. The other is some white spots on the sleeve, which again are hidden when wearing as the volume of the sleeve hides it in the folds.
