. V-neck with full front button closure. Black base fabric has faint stripes. White and blue floral design. Puff sleeves. Fully lined. *This is a rescue dress!! Please read for alternations: *missing the belt *brand tag is faded and has marker on it *the seam on the front button side came loose, and I sewed it back together, down the length of the top button section. Because of how it ripped, I had to do a fold-over, which took off 1/8inch of fabric. Please keep the alternation in mind for sizing.
