pre-owned women's utility jacket in a solid blue color, size S, from Velvet by Graham & Spencer. It features a full-zip front closure with snap buttons, a collared neckline, and shoulder epaulets. The jacket has multiple pockets: two chest pockets with snap closures, and two lower pockets with both zipper and snap flap closures. The sleeves have snap cuffs. Has some general wear/fading/light white marks (see close up) that give it sort of a vintage vibe.
