They have been USED. See pictures to see some of the ware on them. I’m sure you can clean them up a bit and they will look brand new!! They have been very good to me but I just need money so I need to sell them sadly… they are probably one of the most comfortable pair of uggs I’ve warn! If you look at the pictures you can see the bit of ware on them. But really they are in good condition. If you need more pictures or have any questions please ask. I usually wear a 8.5 or 9 and these fit!
