High quality Tory Burch blouse / tunic with neck bow-tie and tassels as well as beautiful embroidered detail and gold “T” buttons on cuffs. While it is long sleeved, it is light and breezy enough for summer & warm weather or if you want to wear a tank top underneath you could just as easily wear during the colder months. It’s very versatile and it’s a classic preppy meets bohemian look. Very flattering! It’s in excellent condition, wore twice & I’m only asking for a fraction of what I paid.
