New with tags! Has few little bumps - these are not holes. This was stored hanging in a closet or folded with other clothing items so I am not sure what happened but as I stated they are not holes, just little imperfections in the fabric. One spot on the R hand pocket and 2 spots on the R sleeve. Please see close up photos as well as zoomed photos of me pointing to the areas on the coat where the spots are. Stows inside of the left pocket and has a loop to clip onto bag, harness, etc. Measurements (please not all measurements are approximate and taken with the garment lying flat): Armpit to armpit: 17" Armpit to bottom of jacket: 15.2" Length top to bottom, as measured along the entire zipper: 24"
