Plaid High-Rise Flare Pants - new with tags! A great neutral brown and black plaid pattern! Elastic waist band! Pull on (no zipper or button closure). No pockets on front, open pockets on the back. Raw hem at the bottom (see close up pic). A very nice heavier weight quality feel material! 98% cotton, 2% spandex. These have a little bit of stretch but not a lot. Size 1. Waist laying flat unstretched 11-1/2”. Waist laying flat stretched 13”. Rise 10-1/2”. Inseam 30”.
