Tibi Chantilly Lace Dress

Beautiful dress by Tibi. Skirt is made up of pleats with blue lace peaking through.Top is V-neck sleeveless dress with back straps/ ties. Side hidden zip closure. Excellent condition but is missing a strap that goes fastened on the inside for more back strap detail. Other than the hidden buttons inside the dress, it's not noticeable that the extra strap is missing. The above pictures accurately show what the back of the dress looks like.
