A classic 1970s Montgomery Ward suede jacket from their specialized leather line, "The Tannery." Montgomery Ward was one of the largest American retailers of the 20th century. "The Tannery" was their dedicated brand for high-quality leather and suede goods, particularly popular during the late 60s and 70s boho-western fashion boom. This is a longline utility or car coat. The oversized "70s collar," heavy contrast stitching, and front patch pockets are iconic elements of the era's Western-influenced sportswear. It is fully lined with some discoloration near the label. The suede itself does have some darkening. This would be typical of a vintage, well loved jacket in this color. But there are no major stains, no rips or tears. It’s possible that a professional cleaning would get rid of some of the darkness however it is completely wearable as is. The tag is 11/12. I have listed as a small based on measurements and fit. I will provide measurements to help you decide if this would work for you. Approx measurements, 18” underarm to underarm, 16” shoulders, 23” sleeve, 15” across the general waist area where the seam is, 30” long. ✅ Same or next business day shipping ✅ Bundle & save!
