This dress is new with tags but has a defect in the knit on one of the shoulder cutouts that I have shown in closeups. Marked purple on the tag. Leans burgundy on the purple scale. Above knee, Knee length or high midi length depending on your height (length shown in photos next to ruler). Please make sure to check measurements as shown in photos before purchasing and if possible compare measurements to an item you have now. There are measurements in the photos in regards to the length as some dresses on taller woman vs shorter women could be described as short VS knee length or midi VS maxi as well depending on the woman so my best description is the measurements in the photos.
