. The leggings are 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex. Machine washable. Has elastic in the waist. Pull On. Soft. Stretchy. Smooth feeling. The leggings shows signs of normal wear. Please see pictures for more details. The leggings zip at the bottom of each leg with hidden zipper. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: the waist is 13 1/2 inches, the rise is 12 inches, the inseam is 28 inches, and from top of the leggings to bottom of the pants is 37 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
