Talbots Black & White Lace Tea Skirt, Size 12 Gorgeous lace skirt with cotton lining. Classic Talbot’s drape. Zipper, fabric does not provide stretch. I wore this like twice and had it dry cleaned—it no longer fits me. Cotton and cotton nylon blend for the lace. No defects noted. From smoke free and fur free home.
