Regrettably, the hook is missing. Lined. Soft. Smooth feeling. Thick. The color of the skirt is slightly darker than the pictures depict. The skirt has a small spot on the bottom. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: the waist is 12 1/2 inches, the hips are 18 inches, and from top of the skirt to the bottom is 24 inches. Midi. The skirt has slits in the back at the bottom. Preowned but in good condition.
