. Fair condition with some loose threads which makes it more special. Brand is Rare Editions which is actually a kids brand. I think the 10 on the tag is for a girls size 10. This would also fit a small adult size XS-ish. Measurements taken laying flat are approximately: Pit to pit: 15” (measured across the back) Length: 30”
