Sweet Rain black and white floral scrunch waist blouse size small

in excellent condition. I could not find anything wrong with this blouse. no holes no stains scrunchy around waist/ torso ties in the front v neck line it's hard to tell what the pit to pit measurement is because the sleeves come down to the waist area so I went with my best guess. please see measurements. baggy sleeve floral black and white feminine casual dress casual bodycon sweet rain young contemporary size small pit to pit measurement is roughly 17 inches height from top of shoulder to bottom is 24 inches across torso is 14 inches
