Strut & Bolt Top

Super cute white smocked puff sleeve top with pretty lace detailing on the sleeves. I bought this top a month ago out of town but after purchasing it just didn’t fit me. It’s a size large and I’m usually a small :/ Brand new with tags. Only “flaw” is a small makeup stain in the inside of the neckline(not noticeable when wearing and haven’t tried to get it out yet) dm me with offers(100% open to offers!!!) or questions :)
