Cropped green cardigan with scalloped detail on the edges. I wore it a handful of times just kind of done with it style wise. Still in good condition even though the tag looks to be in a bad state. You can tie and untie to your desire. I’ve worn both with or without a shirt underneath for either a work look or a going out look. A wash will remove the wrinkles
